Alanna Papandony

Alanna holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She is admitted as a Legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia.

Alanna commenced her legal career in 2016 and has extensive experience in family law and criminal law. Alanna now practises exclusively in family law and assists clients with a range of family law issues including consent orders, divorce, property settlement, spousal maintenance issues, de facto relationships, child support, parenting issues and child relocation applications. She has appeared in various courts including the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia, Local Court of New South Wales and District Court of New South Wales.

Alanna strives to build relationships with her clients and firmly believes in maintaining regular communication with them so that they feel comfortable and informed in what is typically a stressful time. Alanna’s experience as a criminal lawyer allowed her to develop an understanding of complex domestic violence issues, which often arise in family law matters, including matters involving Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders. She brings a depth of knowledge to the role of legal advisor which ensures that she achieves the best outcome in every matter she is involved with both inside and outside the courtroom.
